Terms of Use

1. The service

These Terms govern your use of Stat Factory, operated by Stat Factory LLC. Stat Factory provides sports data, model forecasts, market comparisons, analyst content and related research tools. Stat Factory is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino or wagering operator. We do not accept wagers, hold gambling funds or place bets for users.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 21 years old to use Stat Factory's betting-research features or purchase a membership. You are responsible for confirming that your use of sports wagering information and any wagering you choose to make is lawful where you are located. Use only licensed or otherwise lawful wagering operators available in your jurisdiction.

3. Research, not a guarantee

Model probabilities, projected scores, margins, player projections, sportsbook prices, betting splits, analyst opinions and other outputs are estimates and informational research. They can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Historical results do not guarantee future performance. Nothing on Stat Factory is a promise of profit or a guarantee that a wager will win.

Sportsbook prices and availability can change at any time. Always verify the current line, price, rules and eligibility directly with the wagering operator before acting.

4. Accounts and security

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate account information. You may not share, sell or transfer access to another person. Notify us through the contact page if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being abused, shared or used to bypass security controls.

5. Memberships, trials and billing

Membership prices, billing frequency and included products are shown before checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until canceled. When a 7-day trial is offered, a valid card is required at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly membership begins automatically and the card on file is charged the price shown at checkout.

You can manage payment methods, plan changes and cancellation through the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked from your Stat Factory account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless a different result is shown during the cancellation flow. Except where required by law, charges already paid are non-refundable. We may issue credits or refunds at our discretion.

6. Trial abuse and complimentary access

Free trials are intended for new trial users. Stat Factory may limit a trial to one per account and one per payment card and may cancel a duplicate or abusive trial before access is granted. Complimentary, beta, partner or support access may be granted or revoked separately from paid Stripe subscriptions.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Stat Factory to:

• circumvent the access wall, share credentials or evade membership restrictions;
• scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute protected dashboard data or third-party feeds;
• reverse engineer security controls or interfere with the service;
• use automated access in a way that harms availability or violates a provider's terms;
• misrepresent Stat Factory outputs as guaranteed outcomes or official sportsbook advice; or
• use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Third-party data, services and trademarks

Stat Factory relies on third-party infrastructure and data providers. Availability and coverage can change without notice. Sportsbook, league, team and player names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and research context and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Stat Factory.

9. Stat Factory intellectual property

Stat Factory's original software, model presentation, written content, brand assets, research organization and proprietary model outputs are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your membership is a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying technology or content.

10. Availability and changes

Sports schedules, upstream feeds, cloud providers and model workflows can fail or become unavailable. We may update, repair, replace or discontinue features and may change these Terms prospectively. If a material legal version changes, Stat Factory may require you to accept the updated version before further paid checkout or dashboard access.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that forecasts, market data or availability will be accurate, complete or uninterrupted. Stat Factory is not responsible for gambling losses, decisions made using the service, sportsbook grading decisions, changed lines, third-party outages or other indirect or consequential losses to the extent such limitations are permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
