Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Stat Factory LLC handles personal information when you use the Stat Factory website, create an account, purchase a membership, contact support or open a protected research dashboard.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, account identifiers, confirmation status and account role.
• Membership information: plan, subscription status, renewal/cancellation state and dashboard entitlements.
• Support information: email address and the message or issue you send through our contact form.
• Security information: session data, login/security events, access records and privacy-preserving hashes used for abuse prevention.
• Trial information: trial dates, eligibility decision and a one-way HMAC hash derived from the Stripe card fingerprint used to prevent repeated free-trial abuse.
• Technical information: ordinary server and hosting logs such as timestamps, request paths, browser/device information and network information used to operate and secure the service.

3. Passwords and payment cards

Authentication is provided through Supabase. Stat Factory does not receive your plaintext password. Payment processing and the billing portal are provided by Stripe. Stat Factory does not store your full card number or card security code. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the billing state needed to provide access.

4. How we use information

• create and secure your account;
• process subscriptions, trials, cancellations and access changes;
• decide which dashboards your account may open;
• prevent duplicate-trial, credential-sharing and security abuse;
• respond to support requests;
• operate, debug and improve the service; and
• comply with legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.

5. Service providers

Stat Factory uses service providers to run the product, including Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Vercel for website hosting and deployment, and sports-data providers for market and research inputs. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Cookies and similar storage

Stat Factory uses cookies or browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security and session continuity. We do not currently operate an advertising-cookie or behavioral-advertising program on the Stat Factory website. Stripe and other third-party pages you choose to open may use their own cookies under their policies.

7. Sharing and sale of personal information

We share personal information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and bill for the service, or when required by law. Stat Factory does not sell personal information to advertisers.

8. Retention

We keep account, billing, entitlement, support, security and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain financial records and meet legal obligations. Some records may remain in backups or immutable audit logs for a limited period after account deletion.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of personal information. You may also have other rights under applicable privacy law. Submit a request through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted server credentials, row-level database controls and audit records designed to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or data is at risk, contact us promptly and reset your password.

11. Age restriction

Stat Factory's betting-research membership is intended for adults age 21 and older. We do not knowingly provide paid betting-research access to children.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material policy changes may require a new acceptance before checkout or dashboard access. Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through the Stat Factory contact form.
